Experience the
Trinion Difference

Providing Individualized In-Home Personal Care throughout the Anchorage and Matanuska-Susitna Valley communities for aging Alaskans, disabled adults, and those who need short or long term care in their home.

Happy New Year! Trinion is ready for 2015, and boy do we have a lot to look forward to! Our Direct Care Services including PCA and Waiver services (DD, AIL, CCMC, APDD) are continuing to grow, and Trinion continues to be an Employer of Choice. As some may be aware, we are not taking any new CC clients and will not be recertifying for Care Coordination services in the fall. Our CEO, Theresa Welton has some new service lines in the planning stages and we can’t wait to let you all know about them once we are ready!

Our Training Center has published a class schedule for the general public, and we are currently accepting students for all PCA certification classes. Trinion’s CPR/FA certification and recertification costs are some of the best in town ranging from $50 to $80 dollars. We are also preparing to launch our Nursing Assistant course in the spring and are taking names to notify as soon as registration opens. If you haven’t seen our Training Center please stop by our office to get the grand tour. We believe the quality of the Training Center’s programs support our commitment to developing a skilled workforce.

Trinion’s annual Employee Meeting is this Saturday January 17th and it is always our pleasure to recognize the service our caregivers give daily. This year we will be introducing our newest office member, Ulisha Adams, who is rocking our Accounting group with her warm smile and quick mind. We will also be proudly announcing that our Scheduler position has been filled by promoting Glennys Kidd! Once she applied it became so obvious that she is the right person for this job. Not only has she been a loyal Trinion employee for 2 ½ years as an Administrative Assistant but she knows our industry, and is familiar to most, if not all, our caregivers and clients. She has embraced her promotion with enthusiasm and brings a fresh perspective to the role. Jessica Johnston has been with Trinion for over 3 ½ years and has continued to build upon on her experience so that she was able to step into the role of Case Management Specialist with a solid understanding of what our clients really need. Raquel Callahan is our Clinical Supervisor and January is a busy month for her as many of our 6 month home visits occur now. Her ability to connect with our clients and her commitment to their health and safety makes a difference every day.

That’s all for now! Warm regards,

Angie Gerken
President
